How can I manage the iPad app cache?

Gord asks:

Why does the cache in my Apps section of the iPad keep growing and how do I delete the junk without having to restore all the time?

from itunes, On the home screen, choose Settings. Choose Safari on the left side. On the right side you’ll find the option to Clear Cache. You can also choose to clear your iPad history and cookies too.
