How can I manage files in my Android /sdcard/.Mail directory?

Tom asks:

How do I manage files in /sdcard/.Mail directory on my Android (HTC-Incredible) device? I want to delete some downloaded PDF files, but can’t access them.

Astro File Manager was able to detect the /.Mail folder.

If you dont want to use an external software.

Connect the phone to the computer using the USB cable. When prompted, choose Disk drive mode from the on-screen prompt.
it will open your memory card like a pendrive.

download htc sync : the official program by htc.

Already have ES File Explorer on my devise, but it does not recognize the /.Mail folder.

Are one of th other “explorers” better (eg – Astro File Manager)?

Unfortunately, using USB to connect device to pc doesn’t identify /.Mail folder either.
