thank you for alerting us to this issue!
We have seen this happen before. Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem to be something we can change. Our spam filter works based on IP addresses and as far as I know we have no influence on what it recognizes as spam and what it doesn’t.
If this happens to you, your best bet is to refresh your IP address, for example by rebooting your router, and try again. Apparently you succeeded submitting a question this time.
If it happens again and you cannot refresh your IP address, feel free to forward your question to answers at makeuseof dot com and I will post it for you.
