What can I do, if all the mail which I sent from my eMail account is considered spam mail?

Also, try to use some free proxy server and then check. Perhaps, your IP address has been marked as spammer.

If ALL your email is marked as spam, then either your email provider (e.g. your ISP) has been compromised, or your own PC has.
First, check that indeed all your contacts find your messages marked as spam. If so, scan your PC for viruses and spyware. Assuming you can't find any, contact your email provider.

Hi Anas - two questions first.

    1. What email service/account type do you use.
    2. What email filter is identifying your incoming emails as spam? Is this a particular friend using a certain email service, or all of your friends using different email accounts?
