Why can I no longer open Netflix using my Wii controller?

Max Lowe asks:

Using my Wii controller, I cannot open Netflix. It refers me to a “settings” screen, then asks for a password. I comply, but it won’t boot up and offer movie selections. All was fine, then one day it wouldn’t work.

Check your Wifi Settings. May have been changed accidentally. Or uninstall the Netflix channel and reinstall. Then try again. Also make sure you are entering the correct username and password.

Try going into the Wii Settings and reset your internet connection.
