Is there way to key a record of reception on my Android phone?

Would anyone know if there is a small Android app out there that will simply log my signal reception at defined intervals preferably with the location?

I just want it to run in the background and record the info to a log file which I can then use to send to my provider to proved to them what a poor service I’m getting.

Cheers people, I shall give them all a go and see which one works out best.

I've never heard of any app like that. I'll search for one though.

You could try Network Signal Info (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=de.android.telnet&feature=search_result#?t=W251bGwsMSwxLDEsImRlLmFuZHJvaWQudGVsbmV0Il0).

Try the free version and If it works with your mobile, the Pro version allows you save a log.
