My Juno password was hacked. Icreated another, which worked for awhile, but now I cannot access my account. Please help!

Have you tried the reset password and login help center?
Getting a password hacked is unlikely enough for the first time as long as it was secure. If it is hacked a second time, either you used the same password again (why would you?) or it's malware on your system. I advice you to install Malwarebytes then once installed, update it and run a full scan. Post back with the results of the scan.
That's pretty much all we can do from here. Damage control is a huge necessity after being hacked. Change the password to your email and make it secure.

If your password was hacked, then it means it wasn't a very secure password. So, your first step is to visit the Juno support web page: http://help.juno.com/support/supportb.html to see if you can reset your password. If you can, you need to choose one that's much more secure than what you have been using.
If you can't reset it, then you need to contact them by email and describe your situation and ask them to reset it, and then choose a very secure password so you can avoid getting hacked again.

In general, you will have to be more specific about what "Juno" is if you expect us to help you with a problem.
Since it obviously requires some sort of registration at some website or service I can tell you right now that you are better of contacting the official support.
