September 13, 2012Right click: View page source, and locate the .css file.. Also, .js files could be there!
Also, you can use Firebug for Firefox to find specific IDs, classes etc…
I don’t have so much knowledge how joomla works, but what I’ve said above, is something universal, for all type of sites!
Hope it helps! Maybe someone else can give you a better explanation for this…

September 13, 2012You can’t. Flash files don’t work as Joomla templates and you can’t convert. Learn PHP/HTML/CSS/Javascript and rewrite from scratch.

September 13, 2012flash file cannot use as a joomla template. The template is construct using programming language such as html, css, php, jquery, etc.
