December 20, 2011Perhaps you plugged another device to sync and after un-plugging itunes still think that the device is plugged. Also perhaps you have corrupted playlists or files in itunes.
this is what exactly I did. What is solution.

April 15, 2012Apple should have used Real Player. iTunes is more cluncky than an MS App.
