Is there a good program to animate in HTML5?

I am a long time Flash animator and I have come to notice that Flash content is slowly dying on the internet. Mainly because of the versatility HTML5, CSS and Javascript combined offers. For this reason, I’m wanting to learn to animate in HTMl5, but coding really isn’t my thing when it comes to making animations.

I can code in Javascript, but I would not like to have to code constantly if all I want is to make an animation. Can you guys recommend some great pieces of software to animate in HTML5?

I’ve heard about Adobe Edge, but are there any more choices? For Flash animation there is Adobe Flash, for HTML5 there is what?

Note: I don’t have a MAC!

You can try mixeek. It's a kind of hybrid, can run as a pure JavaScript or CSS3 animation. And it's free.

What Flash did can (mostly?) be achieved with HTML5 canvas and video tags plus javascript and css but not as easily as with Flash and until Apple upset things Flash was supported on all major browsers.
The problems are that the different browsers may not support all the features of HTML5 you may want to use and I'm not aware of a software tool that does as good a job as Flash at making it easy to create the desired results.
