if Nokia will release it as an Android phone before the Microsoft buyout is complete

Ironically, they'll have to pay Microsoft royalties in order to use Android – but not Google. Patents are weird.

Thanks. How probable does the article imply that an Android phone of Nokia would come out?

Nokia has been testing “Normandy” with a special “forked” variant of Android that’s not aligned with Google’s own version. Normandy is designed as an Asha equivalent

Unless Nokia manages to release Normandy ahead of its Microsoft deal, we can’t imagine Microsoft is interested in using Android to target the low-end over its own Windows Phone operating system.

You mean that Nokia android is set for pre-deal launch? If yes, then in which quarter of 2014 would it imply?
