Is it possible to restore videos to their original conditions after they were professionally edited?

I have some videos which were distorted and blurred by professionals. I want to restore the videos for clear views. All videos were originally of very good quality, but not HD.

Perhaps the "professionals" made backups before they edited them and will give or sell you a copy.

you cannot restore the video to it's original state! but you can re edit it to a certain level to lose the effects! but it's just an editing and never the first copy!

if no backup no time machine, then visual modifications are forever, unless to use adobe or similar soft to rectify mistakes, this is not for sure to give desired results.

I don't think so and even if it is possible then it would be really hard and may need a professional.

There is no way to "unblur" images or videos that have been blurred, Once a file has been saved in a certain state you can undo it.

It will never be restored to the original bro.
Maybe next time ,you must back up the videos if you want to edit.

Once parts of a movie have been edited and applied to the video file (exported) the original "information" is gone.

One may be able to remove the distortion and blur to a certain degree but it will be another edit with information loss. You won't be able to reveal e.g. an object behind a blur that was visible in the original video file.
