Is Facebook rolling out its new hashtag feature slowly, and for what platforms?

Is the new Facebook hashtag feature available to all users or it would be gradual roll-out process? If available is it on all platform? Can you show me it in action?

Both in common can affect results by privacy filters set by the users.

In search, one can search for people, Pages, groups and apps.

Hashtags shows only related posts of the word you are searching for.

PS: Hashtags were never required on fb, because similar functionality was already available to everyone with some common sense.

Appending a sub-question : How would a user know if hashtag feature has been rolled out for the fb account?

Is is automatic and confirmed by trial or is there a notification box for activation of the feature?

      No notifications for activation,
you will see these three signs :
      -Hashtags are clickable
      - Just like @ at symbol mentions a friend or page, # hash sign starts creating hashtags in blue text.
-This url displays posts with the respective hashtag.
      Facebook.com/hashtag/0tech
(It doesn't if hashtags are not active)
