Is it possible to make an iPhone app without having any Apple products?

I have no iPhone, no iPad, no Mac (which means no Cocoa). Is it possible to develop an app for iPhones using a Windows computer?

You could draw your app with pencil and paper won App Sketchbooks: http://www.appmockuptools.com/collections/types?q=Sketchpad and then submit that to a developer at Elance or oDesk and have them submit it.

    You have two ways
1-You can 'make' a game on a cross platform toolset such as the one found here
    http://codesuppository.blogspot.com/
but you still need a mac to compile the iPhone version and deploy it for the iPhone.

2-Use this web site "http://www.appmakr.com/" which provide a platform to make iphone apps even with no need for coding

NO, you need a mac device to test the application.

No. You need an Apple machine to submit, assuming you want the app in your own name.

Yes, you can. Build your app using html or javascript solution then ask your mac user friend to submit your app. Check this article http://maniacdev.com/2010/01/iphone-development-windows-options-available/
