I jailbroke my 4.2.1 version iPhone 4 and it worked fine, but just as I rebooted, the phone it got stuck at the Apple logo. It loads, then it’s stuck right there.

I tried to restore it via iTunes, but it gave me 3194 error. What caused that and how can I fix it?

Are you getting a 3194 error? Or what kind of issues are you having exactly, More info is needed to tell you how to fix it.

Well, That error is basically saying you have jailbreaked your phone. How did you jailbreak your phone?
This article may work for ya: Step 1: Download the latest version of TinyUmbrella for Windows or Mac.
Step 2: Switch to “Advanced” tab and uncheck “Set Hosts to Cydia on Exit” option.

Step 3: Click on “Apply Changes”, followed by restarting your PC or Mac.Source:http://www.redmondpie.com/fix-itunes-error-3194-when-restoring-updating-to-stock-or-custom-4.3.3-firmware/
