Hold both home and power buttons for 10 seconds and only home button for 5 seconds while keeping your phone connected to PC and iTunes opened.iTunes will try to recover your phone.

You can try to hold both the Home button and the Power/Sleep button until the screen flashes and you see an Apple logo.

If not, then the best way is to restore the iPhone via iTunes Restore method.

You should be able to soft reset by holding Power + Home button for 10-15 seconds and then turning the phone on normally. If the jailbreak was unsuccessful, I would also perform a Restore before attempting another jailbreak just to be safe.

Also, please make absolutely sure you are flashing the corrects ISPW for your model. (My guess would be 4.2.1) and try Redsn0w instead of limera1n.

Good luck with everything. =]

Hold the home and the power button and iTunes should restore it.
