I have an iPad 2. I was prompted to update my games so I hit update, now when I try to download a game it is stuck waiting. It won’t do anything. How can I fix it?

You wait… something is still downloading. I think you can priotize stuff by tapping on it twice though, that will pause and force it to download.

First go into settings and turn off the setting which downloads any apps from other devices on your account.
Then check your iPod for any podcasts that are stuck or that you can tell are stopping everything else from downloading.
Sometimes big downloads cause bugs, see if you have a really large app that is downloading and delete it.

Another solution may be to resync the iPod with itunes.1) When you sync it, click the iPod name on the right side of iTunes and uncheck sync apps.
    2) Let the iPod sync
    3) After the sync has completed do another sync except check the sync apps button.

    Hopefully this helps!
