    Check the Ubuntu documentation, Zorin OS must be very similar to that: http://www.ubuntu.com/download/help/try-ubuntu-before-you-install

    first you have to download zorin

    then you can burn it to a disc or a flash drive(using UNetbootin)

    then you boot into the disc or flash drive and follow the prompts on the screen.

    Since it is based on Ubuntu, installation is probably quite simple; a few screens where you answer simple questions (normally accepting defaults) to give you a working desktop. I'm downloading it now to test it out. If you have ever installed an operating system on a machine, you should have no difficulties with this one either.
