Why can’t I install Zend server on my Wmap 2 server?

I am trying to install Zend server on my Wamp 2 server, but I can’t seem to get it to work. Can anyone provide me a guide or point me to a guide for it?

With Zend Server

wampapache instance is listening on port 80 so you can get to localhost and the
apache 2.2 Zend instance is listening on port 10081 for the Zend Server
management UI
