Hello, there are a couple of methods that come to mind:

The first method uses winrar, your windows 7 installation disk and a USB drive:

The second method is by using the Windows 7 USB/DVD Download tool:

I, for one, had a lot of issues with the Win7 USB/DVD tool. So I'm listing other software I've found over the years which offer the same functionality.

    1) unetbootin: Stands for Universal Netboot Installer. It is used to create bootable Live USB drives for Windows and other Linux distributions. It is very versatile and highly customizable. Download Link: http://sourceforge.net/projects/unetbootin/

    2) WinToFlash: This is another utility that boasts the same functionality. Link: http://wintoflash.com/download/en/

just go to the Microsoft store and download win 7 usb/dvd tool and install it on your system .
select the win 7 iso and select the media usb or dvd and it would make the media a bootable .
insert the usb and restart your computer and select the bios menu to choose the bootable items and set higher priority for usb and save and continue with the installation

Download a Windows 7 image, which aren't very hard to find on the internet and then create a bootable USB. At the boot menu of your netbook, set the USB to run before your hard drive and run the setup from the ISO image file

You can use the Win7 USB/DVD Tool to create a bootable USB drive in order to install Windows 7. You will need to have a machine where you can create an ISO image of your DVD in order to run this (or download the ISO from a trusted site or the Microsoft Store). When you run the tool, point it at the Win7 ISO for the source and your USB stick for the destination.
