I have a samsung ultrabook NP535U4C-S02IN . I removed the preinstalled Window 8  and then installed Windows 7. How can I install the webcam driver in it? The samsung site doesn’t have appropriate driver for this model?

Apparently the release date of the camera driver is 2012.10.15, as Oron suggested perhaps it can work with you. If not then try some driver updater tools like slimdrivers

after the scan you dont have to download all drivers just the camera one.

You're quite right, the laptop seems to have other drivers for Windows 7, but not for the camera. On the other hand, there is a XP version of the driver, which leads me to think that:
    1. There may be a Microsoft driver that will work (run the Device Manager, find the camera, open it , click on the /Driver tab. Click on "Update Driver" and let it "Search Automatically"...
    2. You may be able to use the XP driver. However, you'd be wise to check first. If you go to the download page (I'm looking at http://www.samsung.com/in/support/model/NP535U4C-S02IN-downloads) there's a "Try our online chat" button. Click on that and chat with Samsung's tech-support who will be able to give you a definitive answer.
