I have a 5 month old Samsung Core i5 laptop running Windows Home Premium 64 bit. It did not come with WiDi (as far as I can tell). Can I add WiDi to this computer. I have seen some downloads available on Intel’s site, but not sure.

Hello, from my understanding it is only available on certain laptops models like the Toshiba E205 and Sony VAIO S.  This technology is built into the laptop, but you still need a receiver.  If your laptop has the Advanced-N 6200 Wireless card (802.11n), it might be possible for you to install the software needed to take advantage of this technology.  Who knows, maybe in a few months, it will be possible for any recent laptop.
