It means you have to first import the excel spreadsheet to outlook, and then create a csv from outlook, that can be imported to address book, right ?

1.convert excel file to csv file : open the xls file and save it as csv file. I am not seeing this option on my pc, but all the sites says so.
2. import csv file to address book.
