Why does my HP 620 laptop have no sound now that I have installed Windows 7?

What type of Windows 7 you have? I’d recommend x32. As for the sound issue, try to update your sound driver (I bet it is a Realtek AC). If it doesn’t help, then most probably the sound card is not compatible with Windows 7.

Hello, best thing for you to do is to visit the laptop manufacturer’s site and download the proper driver for you model and operating system.  If possible make sure to download and install the chipset and sound drivers.  Here is the link:

i cant click my letter z and the question mark in my laptop TOSHIBA .. how can i fix that? i only use now the ON-Screen Keyboard..
