I lost my iTunes backup password last week. But don’t know how to get it back! My valued videos, photos, contact address, etc. are on my iPhone!

One of my friends, who has new iPhone 5, had a similar problem recently. He recommended me use Tenorshare iPhone Backup Password Recovery via Google search. Can I believe it?

Don't panic when this happen to you. Sometimes too nervous will make you can't remember iTunes password. First, you need to relax! Then try the possible password as below:
    * Try 0000 as the password, sometimes the default password is in fact, 0000.
    * Try your iTunes Store password. This is most commonly the password to restore your backup.
    * Try your 4 digit unlock code for your device. If you have a more complex unlock code involving characters and such, try that too.
    * If you have managed to attempt all the Attempts and nothing has worked, it seems like you will have to restore and set up the phone as a new one.
    * Sometimes, the password can be a really old iTunes password that you set a long time ago but have since changed it. The original password is sometimes your backup password. This may be a bug in iTunes but try it and see if it works.

All the attempts do not work? Well, take it easy, turn to

I had exactly the same problem. No password set during backup etc...

exchange password didn't work, 1234, 0000, 9999 didn't work, current Itune password didn't work as well

I solved using the password I set when I originally created my first itunes account, fortunately I had it written somewhere

I haven't heard this tool before so I can't make any judgement on it. One tool I did hear good reports about is the tool from Eclomsoft.

As for the other suggestion Apple won't (be able to) help with a forgotten backup password. They don't have access to iTunes backups and therefor have no information about the password used.
Obviously they won't help you "crack" the password or decrypt the files as there is no proof these files belong to you and not someone else.

      This.

First speak to apple, if your warranty is up and you have no other options, I guess you could try that.
