How do I enable Microsoft Office after formatting my hard disk if its licence code is not accessible? I misplaced my licence code.

    If you had register your copy just write using your email adress requesting a copy of your license number.

      Hi. The copy was received from the seller. The copy was in built while purchasing the workstation

    Hovsep pretty much nailed it. The bottom line is that you have to have the product key (that's what product activation is all about). If extracting the key from the computer doesn't work (and it probably won't, given that the program is not running, your only other choice is to contact Microsoft, but how much they can help you depends on what proof of purchase you have. If you have no proof at all that you bought the software, you'll need to buy a new licence.
