It requires a DVD authoring program. Digiarty has WinX DVD Author available for free.

Yes! I have recently discovered Freemake and what I have discovered is that it’s doing the job with a blazing speed than Format Factory that I was using before. So I will definitely recommend Freemake.

Is that so? I use Format Factory all the time. If Freemake can convert all sort of format that Format Factory offers, I’ll switch to that.

Yes it does, and what i like in Freemake is how easily you can cut scenes of a movie that you don’t like and then save your edited movie in any format you want. Try it, you won’t regret it!

Yes..VOB is a DVD format.You can convert using all video converters available in the market.According to me Format Factory works for the best.

I mainly use freemake video converter, it can convert almost any format to a great selection of formats, including DVD.

.VOB is a video format. You’ll often see a list of these in your Video file after a rip from dvd. My program of choice is DvdSanta. Pretty straight forward and easy to use.

You use Windows OS, have you ever tried Windows DVD maker?
and that is a free way for you to burn video to DVD.
If you have tried and do not satified with the free one, you can take a try for the professional DVD burning software I use.
