How to automatically print of both sides of paper through HP M1136 MFP LaserJet Printer?

There is an option to print on both sides in the Windows XP print dialog box. However, does the printer support “automatically” duplexing, instead of manually reinserting paper?

Manually putting causes the paper to stick as once printed on one side the paper curls. At times it’s unable to traverse the printer’s roller and gets stuck. So if the printer has automatic duplexing, it may avoid this drawback.

According to the HP web site (http://www8.hp.com/in/en/products/printers/product-detail.html?oid=4075453#!tab=specs) the HP M1136 MFP will only do manual duplexing.

If it did support automatic duplexing, then ticking the option in the driver would have been the only thing you'd have had to do. The printer would have tasken care of the rest.

hi. Thanks. I tried to use the "Double sided print" option. It is also manual as it asks to put printed paper in tray on printing one side
