June 21, 2012You would need to use a video editor like Windows Movie Maker (now Live Movie Maker) to add the music to the video clip, then upload to Youtube. Be aware that using copyrighted or using music, video, or pictures without proper permissions may cause the video to become flagged and no longer available to see, as well as you being blocked to use your account on Youtube anymore. This is even more prominent now than it ever has been because of the SOPA bill that got vetoed, which led to other bills from Hollywood to crack down on copyright infringement. I’m not saying that it will happen to you, just choose wisely. Some people (like my friend) had her video taken down the minute she uploaded due to a couple of clips from a tv series, meanwhile thousands of others seem to get away with it.

June 21, 20121. Upload your video.
2. When upload is complete, click on the link the top, at the line that reads:
Upload complete! Your video will be live at: http://youtu.be/
3. Click on the [Enhancements] button at the top of the page
4. Click on the /Audio\ tab
5. Choose a track from the suggested list, or search for another one. The video will play using that track as audio. If you are happy with your choice, click [Save].

June 21, 2012Oron has suggested the easiest way to do this , and most effective if you don’t have to cut or trim the audio track. If you have to cut or trim the audio track or add more than one audio track then consider using the windows movie maker within windows. Or virtual dub. Good luck
