How do I unroot my Samsung Galaxy S III SCH-I535?

I was wondering how to unroot my phone because every time I try following the procedure from this website (http://www.androidayos.com/2013/04/14/unroot-verizon-galaxy-s3-sch-i535-odin-back-to-stock-firmware-factory-settings/), and I keep getting this error message that says that system software not authorized by Verizon has been found on my phone and to take it to a nearby Verizon store. I learned away to get around that screen when it shows up, but not a way to stop it from showing up in the first place. Please help.

You need to use EZBoot version 1.2 and unlock your bootloader. This error shows up because your bootloader is still locked in Verizon's bootloader. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=31819403. If you still wish to unroot your phone, go here:http://www.androidrootz.com/2012/10/how-to-unroot-samsung-galaxy-s3-at.html.
