In YouTube there are many videos that are not in English language audio. So is there any software that can translate the audio to English?

I can translate text from Google Translate but how do I translate audio?

Transcribe and translate. You can then use Windows Live Movie Maker to record your own voice in English, along with the video.

If you're looking for an automated way to do this, sorry: it doesn't exist. But most of the most popular videos offer subtitles in a variety of languages. It's done by volunteers, though, so by no means can you expect this on every video.

If the video has subtitiles, then when you click on play button,it has CC button.Click on translate captions menu which shows up and then you can see options to translate to any other language.
