How do I set maximum web page height and width using CSS?

I am developing a website based on this theme:
http://demo.mythemeshop.com/accentbox/

It works fine in chrome/firefox and other desktop browsers but when i tried in opera mini, the screen extends almost infinitely, leaving user no choice but to zoom in and out.
See the prooblem live on opera mini emulator:
http://www.opera.com/developer/opera-mini-simulator

type the above mentioned theme url in address box to see the problem (you would have to zoom in to top left corner).
I tried body max-width/height 100% in css, didn’t help.
Thanks for the help in advance.

With well over 1000 lines of CSS you're asking for someone to spend a lot of time to fix a problem which only affects you and so no value to the wider community of MakeUseOf users. It would be better if you stripped the page code to create a minimal example to show the specific problem you are having with opera-mini parsing the page. You may find you have identified a problem with the opera software.

However I had quick look at the css - not sure the syntax around two declarations of #page is correct.
