Just go to BIOS settings and enable the option of USB device enable..
For going to bios..press f8 or f10 just on starting the windows.

If you are speaking about USB drivers then you can get it from your laptop’s manufacturers site.

You say it got uninstalled, how?
If that is all that happened then re-installing your drivers should fix the problem.

If it got uninstalled, i think you can fix it thrhough windows update, if you’re connected to the internet. Or install something like “Device Doctor” it should scan ur system and check if there is any missing driver for your hardware.

Or rightclick on MyComputer then Properties>Device Manager, and then right click and select scan for hardware changes, and see if there is any device with an exclamation mark on it, Right click on that device and click update or install driver. :)

Do you mean disabled or broken? Or are you meaning that the drivers got uninstalled?
