How do I enable bluetooth on my HP laptop Pavilion DV6?
Question by Anonymous /

I have an HP laptop – Pavilion DV6 running Windows 7 Home Premium – and the network adapter, bluetooth/wireless  ‘disappeared’.

I don’t know how to ‘turn on’ or ‘enable’ bluetooth which is combo with wireless. The ‘turn on’ key on the keyboard won’t turn blue. I have tried 3 restore points, my Bluetooth and also Wireless in the Control Panel, troubleshoot and variety other things. Obviously can’t connect to Internet. Help!!

Download the Network, Bluetooth drivers from HP website and reinstall it. If your laptop has HP Connection Manager then try to reinstall it. If possible provide your laptop model number.

go to device manager locate your network driver, right click on it and choose uninstall
