Trying to Copy/Transfer songs saved on my SONY VGN-NS140E laptop, to a SCH-M519 SAMSUNG cell phone through Samsung U1 Data Cable supplied with handset and Sandisk memory Card of 1 GB.

However, when I connect the same to mass storage (shown in Menu of Cell phone) to the computer, the computer does not show the “Removable Storage Disk ‘F’, ‘G’ or ‘H’. As such I am unable to Copy the Music. I tried a no. of times but to no avail. Appreciate it if someone can guide me in this.
Thanks

Install Samsung PC Suite onto your PC.Then after that try connecting your phone and see whether it gets to show up in file explorer of windows or not.

Saumyakanta has a good point! Also, you could try taking out the memory card out of the phone and putting it directly into the laptop. If the card (and the computer) are fine, you should be able to transfer your music that way.

are you sure that the data cable is not faulty ? And if the cable is good then check for the ports or try on different computers .

Thanks. But Data Cable is not faulty. I tried to another computer but there also the same problem persists.

You tried with another cable? If not, you haven't proven the cable is not the problem.
