Donnie_Moses asks:
I have an iPhone 4S. I used Ansinthe to jailbreak. Used phone for two weeks, worked perfectly. I was installing Pdanet from Cydia and my phone had to respring. Now its stuck in the reboot mode.
I have put it in DFU mode, but get a (1601) error with iTunes when trying to restore. Reinstalled iTunes, but no luck. I used ireb r5 and tried to restore with iTunes, but still get an error. I tried to create a custom ipsw with redsn0w, but it did not work. Any help?

June 11, 2012Try completely uninstalling iTunes – including all the Apple* entries, like Apple Mobile Device Support. These errors, I believe, tend to be the result of a corrupted driver or registry entry somewhere. Your iTunes library will be safe.

June 11, 2012Get iFunBox, and plug in your iPhone. Should pick up. (must run as admin if your on windows)
Then go to Raw Files, and click search, and type Pdanet. Should find it.. Delete it, safe remove from iFunBox, and hard reboot.
Good luck!

June 13, 2012Seeing as you already have iReb, you can try the boot loop fix. Click on the second tab “recovery mode loop fixer / shsh blobs grabber” the click the “set auto-boot true” button.

June 16, 2012Plug your iPhone into your computer using the connector cable that came with the phone. ITunes launches. Select the iPhone under “Devices” in the left navigation panel of iTunes. Click the “Restore” button found in the main iTunes window under the “Summ
Read a brief warning and click “Restore.”
During the restore process, you are asked whether you want to back up your iPhone. When iTunes backs up your iPhone, it only backs up non-jailbreak specific information such as your contacts and photos. If you want to keep all your data, agree to the back up.
The iPhone restarts and you are prompted to choose between restoring from backup or setting up the device as a new iPhone. Follow the onscreen prompts.
Disconnect the iPhone from the computer when the process is complete.
Go into your Photos app on the iPhone and select “Camera Roll.” If there are any photos of Jailbreak apps, delete them so there is no evidence of jailbreaking.
