If you’ve a Linux OS then live boot it,try to explore the contents of your memory card and locate the mmcstore file.Open it with a text editor software.Then you’ll be able to view the password.

Connect your phone with inserted memory card to PC and then visit to c:/sys/mmcstore and open it with notepad.You can see the password after opening that file.
