How can I install Dropbox on OpenSuse Linux?

André Kamara asks:

Is there a way to install DropBox on OpenSuse and have a similar interface as in Windows? I saw a list of packages of their website but can’t install any. Has any of you succeeded?

download the tar.gz2 version of Dropbox from its website or softpedia.com
Extract the archive
Use the following commands
./configure
sudo make
sudo make install

download dropbox source….
be sure to have build-essentials installed
and ./configure
make
and sudo make install
