If you are able to use a different computer, download and burn to CD a copy of Hiren's Boot CD. It has virtually all of the tools necessary to troubleshoot and fix most computers, including virus and malware removal. Download: http://www.hirensbootcd.org/download/ More information on the many different tools HBCD contains: http://www.hiren.info/pages/bootcd Once the ISO is burned to CD, insert the CD into the infected computer and restart your system (make sure that your system is set to start from CD in your BIOS). Once booted, start Mini Windows XP so that it easier to navigate than Linux (unless you are familiar with Linux) and DOS.

I would scan with Malwarebytes AntiMalware, Spybot Search and Destroy, TDSSKiller, SuperAntiSpyware, and maybe Avira and GMER. Do not use Combofix or Dr.Web CureIt as it may cause issues with your system, making Windows not able start normally. After scanning and cleaning the system, I would use CCleaner to clear the junk files and whatnot. Then scan with HighjackThis and Silent Runners just to make sure. Once competed, restart your computer to see if it is working normally. Go here and finish up with fixing the browsers: http://www.system-tips.net/uninstall-qvo6-com-removal-instructions/#more-329

This may seem like a lot to do and possibly overkill, but the GVO6 virus is one of the more difficult and severe browser hijackers to deal with. Alternatively, you can just download the many different programs, then scan and fix the issues if the virus allows you to, but Hiren's is a much safer and easier way to go. It is a great toolkit to always have around. Good luck.

Use kespersky or AVG, i think these are the best antivirus and malware tools.
