There is a problem in VLC. When I am playing the movie in full screen mode, it fits the window, but when I play it minimized, it goes out of my monitor screen. And if I try to fix it, the resolution also gets affected and the movie doesn’t play well.

You can use the key 'A' to change the Aspect Ratio of video.

What you mean goes out the screen?
Try to use the windows+ arrow and then resize it.

Hello Muhammad, it sounds like the video is not properly resizing, which I believe is a custom setting (not a driver issue). I can think of two possible solutions: (1) Have you tried resetting your preferences?

Go to Tools in the menu bar.

    Then Preferences.

At the bottom of the screen you'll see the option "reset preferences". Click it.

However, the problem might be related to a setting contained in your application settings folder. I found a post on the VLC Support Forums that suggested (2) deleting the appdata folder.

To clarify, the appdata folder is a hidden folder, located in your user directory. Here's a blog post on how to get access to a related directory.

Basically, the fastest method is to type %appdata%\vlc into your search bar (at the lower right hand side of the screen). They want you to erase the VLC folder that shows up.

    perhaps to reinstall it

there should be a portable version, see if the problem repeats?

This happens 'cause the video size is bigger than your desktop dimension!
One way to fix this would be, I think, following this steps:
    1. Run VLC Media Player
    2. Go to Tools > Preferences
    3. When the Preferences window is open, click on all
    4. Under Interface, click on Main Interfaces
    5. Under Main Interfaces, click on Qt
    6. Un-tick the one saying: Resize interface to the native video file
    7. Click Save

Close VLC, and try to open again the video file! Does it has the same problem?
I think with this will be fixed. But please tell me if it worked!

Hmm.. I see! Probably you should try with another video player! You can try installing K-lite codec pack mega! It comes with Windows Media Player Classic! If it still don't work with that, probably it has to do with that site videos, which could be with corrupted codecs, which comes from a bad video muxing!
