Hi, how are you? I want to disable the “Reveal Password” button like in this tutorial (www.guidingtech.com/14232/remove-reveal-password-button-windows-8/) but I have Windows 8 Home Premium meaning I don’t have a Group Policy Editor. Any ideas?

perhaps the reg keys can work also in your case, remember to make a restore point before applying the tweak.

First backup your registry as you need to edit it by creating a Restore Point.
Open your registry editor (type regedit on the Start Screen).
    Navigate to this key:
    HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwarePoliciesMicrosoftWindows
Right click on the key Windows and click New then Key.
    Name the new key CredUI.
Click on the key CredUI and in the right hand pane create a new DWORD and call it DisablePasswordReveal.
Double click on the new DWORD and give it a value of 1
Reboot your system and you will no longer see the Reveal Password button.
