How can I control guest accounts in Windows Vista?

Himanshu Singla asks:

I am using Windows Vista as an admin. I want to impose restrictions on the files and folders of the other guest accounts. How can I do this?

you want to block access to files and folder in guest account just Set files security.

Control panel>User Accounts>Manage another account should do the trick

usually in the control panel, accounts and users tab should give you a headstart on what you can do with your Guest account :)
