    MAC spoofing
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mac_spoofing#Windows_manual_altering
The MAC address is hard-coded on a network interface controller (NIC) and cannot be changed. However, there are tools such as SMAC which can make an operating system believe that the NIC has the MAC address of a user's choosing. The process of masking a MAC address is known as MAC spoofing. Essentially, Mac spoofing entails changing a computer's identity, for good or for bad reasons, and it is relatively easy[1]..

    on windows 7
    1) open network and sharing center
    2) click change adapter settings
    3) right click on yout internet connection and choose properties and click on Configure
    4) Go to Advanced and Click on Network Address activate Value and enter desired value (no space, lines…)

-Highlight the number that match your network card, in the right pane look for the “NetworkAddress ” key value. Right click on it and select modify . Enter the new MAC-Address.
    - If the key “NetworkAddress” is not in the right pane, right click in the blank space, select “New ” then “String Value “. Enter the name “NetworkAddress “. Double click on it and set the desired MAC value.
