How can I automatically have email attachments sent to a Dropbox folder?

At one time i had automation set up to where if i labeled a email with a attachment as @DROPBOX, it would automatically create a Dropbox folder named by the sender of the incoming email and the attachment would be uploaded in the created folder. So basically:

Receive email with photo -> Filter creates label of @DROPBOX -> Automation begins by creating new folder “sender@email.com” in pre-designated dropbox folder “Dropbox/Gmail attachments/” resulting in Dropbox/GmailAttachments/sender@email.com folder containing all the email attachments ever received by that sender. It might be a combination of IFTTT and WAPPWOLF but can not remember how I did this and its making me crazy!

I don't know if I really understood what you want,
but you can use this recipe on IFTTT https://ifttt.com/recipes/10516
    or this service https://sendtodropbox.com/
