install mp3tag and run it, drag and drop mp3 file to the right screen and the photo to the bottom left screen, then right click on the song and choose save tag.
Very helpful in managing music.

May 27, 2012If what you are after is to create a “musical slideshow”, use Windows Live Movie Maker, and drag both the photo and the MP3 into it. You can have multiple photos and adjust the time for each one, or just have the one photo displayed for the duration of the tune.

May 28, 2012Please clarify on what you would like to do, as you can add a cover art photo to the mp3 file in the tag, or turn it into a slideshow with music. I am assuming that you are talking about the album art cover in the mp3 tag, and you would use either an mp3 tag software like suggested or use Media Monkey media player, J. River Media Jukebox, or other media players that support media tagging to change or add a cover art photo. Be careful when doing this since when you change or add a cover art photo in the tag of an mp3, it might change the cover art photo of any other mp3 file that is in the same folder. To be safe, just put the mp3 file in its own folder before changing the cover art.
