How can I add an .MP3 stream to a website?

K.V.D.Prasad asks:

I have a website on which I want to add an MP3 stream. I don’t want to use servers like myradiostream.com or vibestreamer.com, and etc. My site does not support PHP. Is there a solution that can work for me given these restrictions?

You could try using HTML 5 :)

First of all thanks for your reply. I am looking for a streaming service not for embed.
So please tell me if you know how to stream a .mp3 file on my site without using other web-servers.
