How can I access games I downloaded to my mobile phone?

I downloaded games from a mobile market and then transferred them to my mobile phone. How do I access them? I am using a Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 Mini Pro.

use a file manager to locate the file (you can search by name or file format like apk) and click on it to install

You should find a file manager and browse your phone for the folder you saved it to.
