I thought no need of writing steps.
but for those who do not know :
start>programs? windows movie makeredit movie> make title or credits >select an option > type text > click “done, add title” (or change animation, text color, font from “more options”).
Most of the Indian lanuages like Hindi/marathi/sansrkit , kannad, punjabi, gujarati , bengali etc is supported.
