I just made a subtitle of  3 min song of size 10 MB with Aegisub. I used a template to increase its size to 10 MB. I just want to add to my video.

Hello, what is the format of your video?  If it is .avi you could try adding hardcoded subs with virtualdub:

    This works for me,
1.Use format factory.http://format-factory.en.softonic.com/download2.Drag and drop your video to format factory.
3.Choose a format of your choice (you can choose the same of source).
4.Click start.5.and output video will have your subtitles(as you know, you have to place the subtitle file with same name in the same folderEg. titanic.avi and tianic.srt in the same folder)
