I have a Sony Xperia t2ultra phone. I updated it from Gingerbread to Kitkat (4.4.3). After the update some Chinese software was installed and now thge playstore is not working on my phone. I get the message “Google play service is not responding.” How can I get it going again?

Settings > Apps > Google Play services. Tap the 'Enable' button. Try opening the Play Store again.
